FEMCO Pipes & Tubes is in charge of producing various types of tubes and pipes. Every product is manufactured under a strict manufacturing process. The raw material is slitted, uncoiled, side-trimmed, formed, HF welded, bead remove, post-annealed, cooled, sizing section, cut off, end facing then it is tested ultrasonically, hydrostatically tested, and finally arrives at the stringent final inspection. Every inch of the final product is thoroughly examined. All tubing goes through the same manufacturing process, which allows instant correction of any defects and prevents damage due to handling. After this process, the tubes and pipes either undergo galvanizing and threading, antirust painting, aluminum tripolyphosphate primer or PE-coating for finishing touches that up to clients’ request.

In 1976, FEMCO was recognized by the American Petroleum Institute as a quality manufacturer. Our company became the first tube company in Taiwan to brandish the API monogram. Furthermore, on April 2007, FEMCO got API 5L PSL2 license to manufacture more high quality products.
