At the outset of 2010, FEMCO Engineering & Construction confirms its contract of the examination and maintenance engineering of Taoyuan Fu-Gang Base CL431 for Taipei Railway works' Location Shifting Project with Taiwan Railways Administration. FEMCO is now on the phase of planning, design and evaluation.

Based on the magnificent experiences of railway-mechanical equipment installation, FEMCO is known for its quality and efficiency by Taiwan Railways Administration.

In 2009, FEMCO Engineering & Construction had also overtaken two significant Taiwan public engineering projects. The first one was the generator and the turbine equipments construction of Chu-Men Power Plant Renovation Engineering for Kaohsiung Pin-Tung Power Plant of Taiwan Power Company. FEMCO was in charge of its draft tube, generator(3030KVA), turbine and auxiliary equipment installation and completed the project within the due time. Now, Chu-Men Power Plant is officially generated.

Another project undertaken by the collaboration of FEMCO Engineering & Construction and Shihlin Electric is responsible for the generator and the turbine equipments installation of Wan-Ta Power Plant and Sung-Lin Power Plant, which are both located on Auwanda, for Taiwan Power Company. The current construction is on the phase of the draft tube manufacturing.
